Sisters
I have the best one, but everyone should have one.
- When asked "what are you two doing this weekend?" we answered in perfect unison, "Well tomorrow...you go ahead." We stopped and smiled and Scott said, "y'all must be sisters."
- In church, we sat down on the pew and crossed our legs to the left. After each prayer we lifted our heads and tossed our hair to the left at the same time, and re-crossed our legs to the right. We both listen to sermons with our heads slightly tipped to the left.
- We both drive (just as our mother does) with our left foot on the seat.
- We both think that "let's wear something nice" means dark jeans and black high heals.
- We buy the same on-sale Anthropologie dress in the same size, from five states away.
- This weekend we both kept flats and high heels in our purses.
- We're both really good at talking on the phone these days.
- And we're both unashamedly good at eating impressive quantities of meat, vegetables, and chocolate cake.
